Error corrections or clarifications

* Judy Garland was not born "Francis" Ethel Gumm as a few sources report.

** Judy was most assuredly not born in "Grand Rapids, Michigan," as the 1994 edition of Leonard Maltin's Movie Encyclopedia states. Nor was she born in "Mississippi," or "Missouri," as some other sources claim. Birth records all confirm she was born in Minnesota.
