Error corrections or clarifications

* Judy Garland was not born "Francis" Ethel Gumm as a few sources report.

** Judy was most assuredly not born in "Grand Rapids, Michigan," as some editions of Leonard Maltin's Movie Encyclopedia state. Nor was she born in "Mississippi," or "Missouri," as some other sources claim.
