writer of The Great McGinty, The Palm Beach Story,
The Miracle of Morgan's Creek, Hail the Conquering
Hero, Sullivan's Travels, and Unfaithfully Yours.
Preston Sturges was also a film producer/director, a
playwright of Strictly Dishonorable fame, and the
inventor of "kiss-proof" lipstick.
