Catherine "Kitty" Hershey

Catherine "Kitty" Hershey was an American philanthropist who helped found the Milton Hershey School for orphans. She was the wife of Milton Hershey, pioneering founder of the Hershey Chocolate Company.

Error correction or clarification

* Initially she was buried in the West Laurel Hill Cemetery in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In April 1919, Milton Hershey had her remains brought from Philadelphia and re-interred in the Hershey family plot that later was expanded to become the Hershey Cemetery in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
