Dave Brown was an American athlete, professional football
player, cornerback, defensive back with the NFL Pittsburgh
Steelers (1975-76), Seattle Seahawks (1976-86), and the
Green Bay Packers (1987-89).
He was an original member of the Seahawks, a 1984
Pro Bowl participant, and a member of the Steelers
team that won the Super Bowl in 1976. Later, he
served as assistant coach with the Seahawks (1992-98)
and Texas Tech assistant football coach (2001-2006).
